Job Description

  • Delinquency Bucket Management
  • Manage hard bucket and deep-delinquent accounts (30+, 60+, or 90+ days past due) through intensive follow-ups.
  • Customer Contact and Field Visits
  • Contact borrowers via phone calls, SMS, emails, or direct field visits to borrower locations, homes, or businesses.
  • Understand reasons behind missed payments (e.g., temporary cash flow issues vs. willful default).
  • Negotiation and Settlement
  • Negotiate realistic repayment plans, promise-to-pay (PTP) commitments, installment structures, or structured loan settlements.
  • Documentation and System Updates
  • Log daily call logs, field visit outcomes, and payment updates into the core collection software.
  • Maintain physical and digital receipts, ledger records, and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
