- 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable clothes and fashion apparel.
- Handle daily retail and showroom sales activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product suggestions.
- Explain product features, designs, sizes, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain proper clothes folding, arrangement, and product display.
- Keep the showroom and apparel collection organized and presentable.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide good service.
- Support customer engagement and sales activities.
- Assist with maintaining stock and product availability.
- Follow up with customers when required to improve sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize incentive opportunities.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:Experienced retail sales professional with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of clothing, apparel, fashion collections, and showroom sales.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Comfortable assisting customers and achieving sales targets.
- Should be well-presented, customer-friendly, and responsible.
- 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:💵 Fixed Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹18,000/month
- 📈 Salary based on skill and experience
- 🎁 Incentives: ₹5,000+ based on performance
