🔑 Role Overview:

This is a frontline, individual contributor role where you will actively engage with corporate clients and partners, drive new business, and build long-term relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Visit corporate offices to generate leads and close business opportunities

Drive credit card sourcing through CSP accounts.

Take ownership of self-sourcing and end-to-end sales execution

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders

Deliver effective sales presentations and product pitches

Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in Sales (Banca/Banking/Corporate Sales preferred)

MBA Freshers (Tier 2/3 institutes) may be considered based on capability and communication

Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Fluency in English is mandatory)

Proven ability to work in a target-driven, field sales role

Must own a two-wheeler and be open to extensive local travel

High ownership mindset with strong relationship management skills
