Asst Manager - Supply Module

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Identify & Develop New Suppliers as per Requirement Process requisitions and ensure timely procurement Float RFQs, obtain quotations & compare rates and supply terms Lead commercial negotiations including rates & delivery terms Coordinate on-site inspections and incoming material checks Resolve Technical Queries / Issues with suppliers and internal teams Ensure First Time Right & Every Time Right Material Analyse Material Quality Concerns and derive corrective actions Communicate & Follow Up with Suppliers for Delivery Monitoring performance of Suppliers and plan for improvements Conduct Supplier Audits Maintain IMS documentation and report non-conformities
