Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to create accurate technical drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Convert conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings.
• Revise drawings based on client and architect feedback.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards.
• Maintain drawing records and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
