About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support the HR team with other talent acquisition activities as required.
• RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and email.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.

Compensation: Stipend 5000 per month
