Job Description: Junior MIS With Google Apps Script KnowledgeExperience Level: Entry-level / Fresher (0–1 year)

Role Overview: We are seeking a sharp, logical Junior mis with data creation , modification and visualization abilities to design, build, and automate internal business systems. You will transform manual departmental workflows into structured cloud platforms using Google sheet, appscript,looker studio,sql.

Key Responsibilities

●             System Creation & Problem Solving: Analyze manual workflows across departments (Accounts, Operations, Admin) and architect clean, reliable relational data systems from scratch.

●             Web App & API Development: Build user-friendly internal forms, portals, and multi-role access interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Google Apps Script (GAS).

●             Spreadsheet Automation: Manage backend data in Google Sheets using automated scripts and complex, nested formulas.

●             Data Visualization: Connect operational data to Looker Studio to design clean, minimalist KPI dashboards with blended sources and calculated fields.

●             AI-Assisted Development: Actively leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) to accelerate code generation, debug Apps Script logic, and optimize system efficiency.

Technical Requirements1.  

Advanced Google Sheets & Formulas 

●             Querying & Filtering: QUERY (SQL-like statements) and FILTER for dynamic data extraction.

●             Array & Automation: Extensive use of ARRAYFORMULA to automate entire columns without dragging formulas.

●             Lookup & Refierencing: Mastery of XLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, and INDIRECT for dynamic sheet referencing.

●             Logic & Data Cleaning: Advanced nesting of IFS, IFERROR, REGEXEXTRACT, REGEXREPLACE, SPLIT, and TEXTJOIN.

●             Data Summarization: Strong proficiency in creating dynamic Pivot Tables and structured data validations.

2.   System creation using appscript 

●             Foundational knowledge of appscript (V8), HTML5, and CSS3 not core knowledge but needs to solve issues using gemini and chatgpt

●             Understanding of Apps Script services (SpreadsheetApp, GmailApp, DriveApp) and handling JSON payloads.

●             Ability to use AI prompts effectively to write, audit, and clean code.
