Job Description
Job Title: Finance Professional – Accounts & Compliance
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Professional to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely compliance filings, and support business decision-making through financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
Oversee payroll accounting and expense management.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns, compliance reports, and regulatory documentation.
Maintain ROC filings, company law compliance, and legal documentation.
Monitor updates in financial regulations and implement necessary changes.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, and cost control.
Support budgeting and variance analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Experience
3+ years of experience in finance, accounts, and compliance roles.
Experience in handling corporate financial compliance is preferred.
