Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Summary:
BLS E-Services Limited is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Data Entry Operators for Aadhaar Seva Kendras (ASK). The selected candidate will be responsible for handling Aadhaar enrolment and update requests, verifying customer documents, accurately entering demographic data, assisting with biometric capture, and ensuring compliance with UIDAI guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform accurate data entry for Aadhaar enrolment and update services.
Verify customer documents as per UIDAI guidelines before processing applications.
Capture demographic details and assist with biometric enrolment/update (fingerprints, iris scan, and photograph) using the Aadhaar enrolment system.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all information entered into the Aadhaar software. Guide applicants regarding document requirements and Aadhaar enrolment/update procedures.
Generate and hand over acknowledgement slips after successful enrolment or update.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times. Follow UIDAI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and data privacy norms.
Coordinate with the Centre Manager and Operations Team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain daily records, reports, and system updates as required. Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient customer service.
Eligibility Criteria •
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
Good communication skills in the local language and basic English.
Ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
Preferred Skills •
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Basic understanding of Aadhaar enrolment and update processes.
Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets.
Preferred Experience •
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in Aadhaar Seva Kendras, Common Service Centres (CSC), banking operations, or data entry roles will be preferred.
