Job Description
Solar Sales Executive – Vanguard Solar
We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Executive to promote rooftop solar solutions in Namakkal and nearby areas.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits and referrals.
- Meet customers and explain solar benefits and savings.
- Conduct site visits and collect customer requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries and close sales.
- Basic electrical knowledge and ability to understand electricity bills.
- Coordinate with the installation team for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of sales experience (solar experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 + Attractive Incentives
