Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our recruitment team. The primary responsibility will be to source and recruit candidates over the phone for various frontline and field-level job opportunities.

The candidate will communicate with potential applicants, explain job opportunities, handle objections, complete the recruitment process, and generate referrals.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential candidates and job seekers.

* Recruit candidates for various positions such as:

  * Delivery Boys / Delivery Riders

  * Bike / Two-Wheeler Riders

  * E-commerce Delivery Partners

  * House Workers / Domestic Workers

  * Helpers and Field Staff

  * Other entry-level and frontline positions

* Explain job roles, eligibility, earning potential, incentives, working hours and joining process.

* Build rapport and maintain professional communication with candidates.

* Handle candidate questions and objections effectively.

* Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into successful joinings.

* Verify basic candidate information and documents as per process.

* Maintain accurate calling and recruitment records.

* Achieve daily and monthly recruitment/calling targets.

* Generate candidate referrals through existing applicants and contacts.

* Coordinate with the recruitment/operations team for onboarding and joining.

* Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
