Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with strong B2B sales and closing skills. The role involves daily outbound calling, lead follow-up, client communication, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities



Make daily outbound calls to potential business clients.



Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.



Present products/services and explain their benefits to prospects.



Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.



Negotiate and close sales opportunities.



Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.



Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.



Requirements



Minimum 3 years of telecalling experience.



Proven experience in B2B sales and sales closing.



Excellent communication and persuasion skills.



Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.



Comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-ups.



Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.



Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.



Preferred Skills



Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.



Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.



Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
