Job Description
Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Office-Based
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Call doctors and other professionals regarding loan offers.
- Explain loan products and exclusive deals clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth processing.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi; English is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
