Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day stores, inventory, and dispatch operations.
  • Receive, check, store, and issue materials as per requirements.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory.
  • Prepare materials for dispatch, including packing and documentation.
  • Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain delivery challans, stock registers, and other store-related records.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and production teams for material movement.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the stores.

Requirements:

  • 0–5 years of relevant experience in stores/warehouse/dispatch is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment will be preferred.
