Solar Documentation Specialist

Ziva Solar is looking for a dedicated MSEDCL Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end documentation and approval processes for rooftop solar projects. The ideal candidate should have experience with MSEDCL procedures, excellent coordination skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and submit MSEDCL rooftop solar applications.

* Handle net metering documentation and approvals.

* Process subsidy-related documentation.

* Coordinate with MSEDCL offices and customers.

* Track application status and ensure timely approvals.

* Maintain project documentation and records.

* Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.

* Coordinate with the installation and sales teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).

* 1+ year experience in MSEDCL or Solar EPC documentation.

* Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.

* Strong communication and follow-up skills.

* Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

* Male candidates preferred.
