About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Novasys solar products, VSOLE solutions, and steel products across Nagpur and the Vidarbha region. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for solar and steel products.
• Promote and sell Novasys solar panels, VSOLE solutions, and steel products to B2B customers.
• Identify EPC contractors and meet them regularly.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

TerritoryNagpur, Vidarbha, and nearby districts as assigned.
