Job Description
Job Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle showroom sales for NIA EV Motors electric scooters.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist showroom walk-in customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend the right NIA EV model.
* Explain scooter features, battery, range, pricing, finance and warranty.
* Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
* Generate bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM.
* Coordinate with finance, RTO, service and delivery teams.
* Maintain excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
* Generate referrals and repeat business.
* Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
Required Skills
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Strong customer-handling ability.
* Target-oriented and confident personality.
* Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
* Two-wheeler riding skills preferred.
* Automobile/EV sales experience will be an advantage.
