ob Description: Field Sales Executive (Fresher)Company: One MobiKwik Systems Limited Location: Pan-India (Field-based in assigned territories)Department: Sales & Business Development Role OverviewMobiKwik is looking for highly energetic, self-motivated freshers to join our merchant acquisition team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of MobiKwik on the ground. Your main mission will be to visit retail shops, mom-and-pop (kirana) stores, and local businesses to pitch, sell, and onboard them onto MobiKwik's digital payment ecosystem (including QR codes, Soundboxes, and EDC/POS machines).

• Key ResponsibilitiesMerchant Onboarding: Visit retail markets daily to pitch, onboard, and install MobiKwik QR Codes and Soundboxes at local shops.
• Lead Generation: Identify new market areas, build merchant databases, and cold-call local business owners to pitch MobiKwik's payment products.
• Relationship Management: Train shopkeepers on how to use the merchant app, receive payments, and resolve basic technical queries on-site.
• Daily Reporting: Update daily visit metrics, onboarding numbers, and merchant feedback on the internal sales application.
• Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly merchant acquisition targets to maximize your incentives.
