- ProductsHome Loan
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- MSME Loan Against Property (MSME LAP)
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through open-market sourcing and direct customer acquisition.
- Identify potential customers for Home Loans, LAP and MSME LAP.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSA, connectors, builders and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage the complete loan process, from lead generation to login and disbursement.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
- Ensure quality sourcing and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Experience in open-market sales and customer acquisition.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
