Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead ManagementContact all incoming leads promptly.
  • Qualify prospective buyers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits.
  • Maintain lead records and follow-up schedules.
  • Sales & Site VisitsConduct professional project presentations.
  • Explain project features, amenities, floor plans, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Showcase sample flats and project amenities.
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow-Up & ConversionRegularly follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
  • Address customer queries and objections.
  • Coordinate with management for negotiations and deal closures.
  • Assist in booking and documentation processes.
  • Channel Partner ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
  • Organize broker visits and project presentations.
  • Generate referrals and sales opportunities through broker networks.
  • ReportingUpdate daily sales activities and lead status.
  • Maintain CRM or lead tracking system.
  • Submit weekly sales reports to management.
  • Candidate ProfileMandatory Requirements2–5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in residential real estate sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct independent site visits and customer meetings.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
  • Preferred ExperiencePrior experience with apartment sales in Nagpur.
  • Existing relationships with local brokers and channel partners.
  • Experience selling projects in Manish Nagar, Wardha Road, Besa, Beltarodi, or surrounding areas.
