Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for plotted land development projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for plotted land development projects
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
• Drive lead generation, branding, and sales support activities
• Manage and optimize performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO)
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
• Lead and manage the marketing team
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels

Required Skills & Expertise

• Experience in plotted development marketing (mandatory)
• Understanding of real estate buyer behavior and market dynamics
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
• Knowledge of latest marketing trends and strategies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Creative thinking and campaign execution ability

• 8+ years of experience in real estate marketing
• Experience in both corporate and flexible work environments
• Ability to handle and lead a team
• Must be a resident of Nagpur
