Delivering enterprise IT support across diverse Windows environments. Expertise in Windows 10/11 administration, enterprise OS deployment, Windows migration, reimaging, endpoint provisioning, SCCM-based deployments, Active Directory, PowerShell, and desktop troubleshooting. Proven experience executing large-scale Windows upgrade and endpoint refresh projects, performing hardware validation, driver and Device Manager troubleshooting, backup and restoration, network configuration, and post-deployment support. Hands-on experience supporting Petpooja POS systems, including POS installation, software upgrades, Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, peripheral configuration, hardware validation, and troubleshooting of printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, payment devices, and other endpoint peripherals. Adept at delivering reliable end-user computing solutions, minimizing downtime, and ensuring seamless deployment and operational continuity in fast-paced enterprise environments.
