Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through Email.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain customer records and update order details.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer support and build long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure timely responses to all enquiries.

Requirements

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and Gmail.
• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Sales or customer support experience will be preferred.
• Experience with international customers will be an added advantage.
