wE ARE HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE / HR MANAGER*

*Location:* Nagpur, Maharashtra
Medeal Medical Supplies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, proactive, and result-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment and staff operations across our pharmacy branches and warehouse.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Recruitment and hiring of pharmacists and other staff.
- Daily attendance, leave management, and weekly duty rosters.
- Preparation of offer letters and employee documentation.
- Payroll coordination and employee record maintenance.
- Staff discipline, SOP compliance, and branch visits.
- Employee training, performance reviews, and retention.
- Weekly and monthly HR reporting to management.
*Eligibility*
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Good communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong follow-up and employee management skills.
*Salary:* ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
