We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Ladies Gym Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, committed to helping women achieve their health goals, and capable of creating a positive and motivating workout environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise gym workouts for members.

• Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.

• Design personalized fitness programs based on individual goals and fitness levels.

• Monitor member progress and provide ongoing motivation and support.

• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times within the gym.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and workout areas.

• Assist in conducting fitness assessments and tracking member improvements.

• Promote a friendly, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere for all members.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Gym Trainer, Fitness Coach, or similar role.

• Good knowledge of strength training, weight loss, muscle toning, and general fitness principles.

• Ability to train and motivate women of different age groups and fitness levels.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, reliable, and committed to regular attendance.

• Should be readily available during assigned working hours and maintain a professional approach toward responsibilities.

• Fitness certification is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.

• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
