Factory Worker

Job Summary:

A Factory Worker assists in the manufacturing process by operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting quality, packaging finished goods, and following workplace safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and production equipment.
• Assemble products or components according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality defects.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
• Record production data and completed work.
