Digital Marketing Executive

* Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and the latest Social Media Marketing strategies.

* Experience in handling customer queries and relationship management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to create engaging social media content and manage online campaigns.

* Knowledge of Mutual Fund products, Insurance, and other financial products.

* Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide customer support for Mutual Fund and Insurance clients.

* Handle client onboarding, servicing, and follow-ups.

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.

* Create marketing content, promotional posts, and customer engagement initiatives.

* Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
