About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled CV & Resume Specialist who can create professional, ATS-friendly and job-specific CVs for candidates seeking international career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit professional CVs and resumes.
- Analyse Job Descriptions and identify relevant skills and keywords.
- Customise CVs according to the candidate's profile and target job.
- Write professional summaries, career objectives and achievement-based experience points.
- Improve existing CV content, structure and formatting.
- Ensure excellent English, grammar, spelling and accuracy.
- Optimise resumes using ATS-friendly keywords and formats.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for research, drafting and content improvement.
- Review and correct AI-generated content before finalising CVs.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting assigned deadlines.
Required Skills
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong CV/Resume writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of ATS and resume keywords.
- Job Description analysis.
- Strong proofreading and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Word / Google Docs.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude or AI writing tools.
Preferred Qualification
M.A. English / M.A. English Literature preferred.
Candidates with experience in CV writing, content writing, recruitment or career services will be preferred.
