- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices within low-code platforms.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to align with business workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Familiarity with integration techniques to connect applications with external systems and data sources.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
