Position: Civil Site Engineer

Location: As per Project Requirement

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Accommodation (Based on Experience, Knowledge & Interview Performance)

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily progress reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Verify measurements and quantities of work executed on site.

Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.

Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.

Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

1-7 years of experience in construction project execution.

Good knowledge of construction drawings, site supervision, and quality control.

Ability to handle site activities independently.

Strong communication and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation is preferred.

Willingness to travel and work at project locations.
