Business Development Officer

If you love interacting with people, have a flair for presentation, and enjoy helping customers discover the perfect product, this role is built for you!

The core focus of this profile is Customer Experience & Product Demonstration—very similar to how professionals operate in luxury jewelry retail, high-end hospitality, or premium clothing apparel showrooms. Your primary responsibility is to understand the customer’s needs and give them an engaging, detailed walkthrough of our projects.

What this role is NOT: There is NO cold-calling pressure and NO large volumes of daily tele-calling (we have a dedicated calling team for that). Furthermore, you are NOT responsible for final closing or commercial negotiations (which are handled entirely by your seniors). Your only focus is a stellar demonstration.

Key Responsibilities:○ Project Walkthrough & Live Demo: Warmly welcome walk-in clients and scheduled visitors at our various site offices, providing them with an exceptional live demonstration of the project, layout, and amenities.

○ Geography & Location Presentation: Educate clients on the project’s micro-market, highlighting its connectivity, proximity to major infrastructure (like Metro Phase 2, major highways), and explaining the genuine pros and cons of the location.

○ Understand Customer Needs: Act as a consultant by actively listening to the buyers' requirements and budgets to showcase the plots or properties that best fit their lifestyle.

○ Seamless Senior Handover: After delivering a compelling product presentation and basic sales pitch, smoothly hand over the client to Senior Sales Managers or Team Leaders for commercial negotiations and closing.

○ Brand Representation: Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive demeanor, ensuring the brand’s values of transparency and hospitality are felt during every interaction.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

○ Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience. Candidates with a background in customer-facing roles such as Premium Retail, Luxury Jewelry Showrooms, High-end Apparel, Hospitality, or Aviation will be highly preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply!

○ Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.

○ Traits: Enthusiastic, high-energy, well-groomed, and naturally empathetic towards customer needs.

○ Learning Agility: A keen desire to learn about real estate layout dynamics, infrastructure connectivity, and basic market trends.
