Architect

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and at least one 3D visualization/rendering software (such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max).

2–5 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design.

Strong design sense with knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and working drawings.

Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renders.

Understand client requirements and present design solutions.

Recommend suitable materials, tiles, finishes, and design elements.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Conduct site visits for measurements, design coordination, and execution support.

Ensure drawings are accurate and projects are completed within timelines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and building materials.
