-Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.

-Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide prospective students.

-Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.

-Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

-Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in the CRM system.

-Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to branch growth.

-Handle walk-in enquiries and provide complete course information.

-Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth admission process.

-Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

-Prepare daily and weekly reports on counselling activities and admissions.
