Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage accounts and taxation for multiple companies, ensuring accurate financial records and timely statutory compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting for multiple companies.
• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
• Prepare and manage GST invoices, e-way bills, purchase entries, and sales entries.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and expense records.
• Work on Tally ERP for accounting entries, reports, and financial records.
• Manage vendor and customer accounts, outstanding payments, and receivables.
• Ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Reconcile GST data with purchase and sales records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports as required.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all companies.
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, e-way bills, purchase and sales accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Prior experience handling accounts for multiple companies is essential.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently handle multiple company accounts and ensure accurate, timely accounting and statutory compliance.
