Telecalling Team Leader

Alhum Infotech is looking for an experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring performance, providing training, ensuring quality customer interactions, and improving overall productivity.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the telecalling team.
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and target achievement.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates and quality standards.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of telecalling/telesales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
• Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
