Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain ledgers, cash book, bank book, and party accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST-related accounting and assist with GST returns.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Prepare monthly MIS and basic financial reports.
- Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
