Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Location: Butibori MIDC, Nagpur, Maharashtra

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with courier services, transporters, and delivery partners.
• Prepare invoices, dispatch challans, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and delivery tracking details.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, and accounts departments.
• Supervise and manage the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and safe handling of products.
• Monitor pending orders, delivery status, and returned shipments.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and efficiency within the team.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Good team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Good behaviour, a positive attitude, and professional conduct.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and well-organized.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and billing software.
• Ability to handle work pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
