We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments.

Recommend menu items and answer customer questions.

Ensure beverages and food items are presented professionally.

Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.

Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
