Job Description
Responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at customer sites. Ensure timely resolution of service complaints, maintain service records, provide technical support to customers, and coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and service requirements. Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field with strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel extensively is required.
