Customer Service Executive

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and marketplaces. Assist with orders, delivery, returns, refunds, product information, and complaints. Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for quick resolution.

Requirements: Good Hindi and English communication, basic computer knowledge, patience, and problem-solving skills. E-commerce customer support experience preferred.
