Cluster Manager - MF
- Sales & AUM Growth: Drive targets for mutual funds, SIPs, and overall market share across mapped branches.
- Channel Management: Recruit, train, and manage relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), banks, and national distributors.
- Team Leadership: Supervise local sales teams and Relationship Managers (RMs), monitoring individual productivity and setting regional strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all investments and sales practices comply with SEBI and AMC regulations.
