Branch Receivable Officer

• Collections & Delinquency Management: Monitor outstanding debts, track loan or credit repayments, and execute strategies to reduce delinquencies and bad debts. 
• Customer Follow-up: Directly liaise with clients through calls, visits, or correspondence to facilitate timely payments and resolve outstanding billing issues. 
• Portfolio Analysis: Review debtor reports, download bank statements, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Collection Efficiency (CE) and Overdue (OD) numbers. 
• Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional, legal, and underwriting teams to resolve payment discrepancies, customer complaints, or defaults
