Admissions Officer – Eudoxia Research Institute

Role Summary  

The Admissions Officer manages the full student enrollment cycle for Eudoxia’s certificate, diploma, and research programs. You’ll be the first point of contact for applicants and ensure a smooth, transparent admission process while meeting intake targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Counseling  

- Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins  

- Counsel applicants on programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career scope  

- Guide students through application, document submission, and enrollment steps  

2. Application Processing  

- Review applications for completeness and eligibility criteria  

- Coordinate document verification and data entry in CRM/ERP  

- Issue offer letters, fee invoices, and admission confirmations  

3. Outreach & Target Management  

- Support marketing team in webinars, education fairs, and social media campaigns  

- Maintain monthly/quarterly admission targets and conversion metrics  

- Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates  

4. Student Support & Coordination  

- Coordinate with academic, finance, and IT teams for onboarding new students  

- Maintain applicant database and reports for management  

- Address admission-related queries and resolve issues promptly  

5. Compliance  

- Ensure admission process follows institute policies and regulatory guidelines  

- Maintain confidentiality of student records  

Required Skills & Qualifications  

- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s in Education/MBA preferred  

- 1-3 years experience in admissions, counseling, or student services. Freshers with good communication skills can apply  

- Excellent verbal + written communication in English + regional language  

- Comfortable with CRM, MS Office, Google Sheets  

- Target-oriented, empathetic, and good at handling objections
