JOB DESCRIPTION

 

POSITION: Telecaller Collections

COMPANY: COLLMAN SERVICES

JOP TYPE: FULL TIME

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

·      Connect with customers over the phone and collect the payments

·      Explain outstanding payments and collect dues or documents

·      Update CRM on recovery status in the client portals

·      Coordinate with the field executives

·      Ensure timely follow-up and maintain professionalism in calling
