The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, leading the team, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team.
• Drive daily and monthly sales targets and store KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of coffee, food quality, hygiene, and store presentation.
• Manage inventory, stock, wastage, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in QSR, café, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
