🔹 Open Positions (with Job Description)✅ Junior SMT Engineer

Responsible for assisting SMT line setup, PCB assembly monitoring, and basic machine operation support.

Ensure smooth production flow and defect-free SMT output.

✅ Engineer – Cable Harness

Involved in cable routing, crimping, assembly, and quality checking of wiring harness systems.

Maintain accuracy as per engineering drawings and standards.

✅ Engineer – AOI

Operate Automated Optical Inspection machines to detect PCB defects.

Analyze inspection results and support corrective actions.

✅ Jr Engineer – Selective Soldering

Support selective soldering process for PCB assemblies and ensure proper solder joint quality.

Monitor machine parameters and process stability.

✅ Engineer – X-Ray (2 Positions)

Perform X-ray inspection of PCB components like BGA and hidden solder joints.

Identify defects and support failure analysis.

✅ Junior Engineer – X-Ray

Assist in X-ray inspection activities and report PCB assembly defects.

Support senior engineers in quality validation.

✅ Engineer – ICT

Handle In-Circuit Testing of PCB assemblies to verify electrical performance.

Identify faults and ensure product compliance.

✅ Engineer – Production

Supervise production line activities and ensure daily output targets are achieved.

Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

✅ Engineer – SMT Rework

Perform PCB rework and repair on SMT components using rework stations.

Ensure defect correction without damaging PCB integrity.

✅ Engineer – Testing

Conduct functional testing of electronic assemblies and finished products.

Ensure products meet all technical specifications before dispatch.

✅ Engineer – BGA Rework Station

Specialized in BGA component removal, replacement, and reballing processes.

Ensure high precision rework with minimal damage risk.

🎓 Qualification:

Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical

👨‍🔧 Experience:

1 to 3 Years

💰 Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹50,000
