Property Manager & Airbnb Manager
📍 BEML Layout, Mysuru
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage rental properties and client relationships
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance
- Handle tenant onboarding, renewals, and issue resolution
- Manage Airbnb listings, pricing, bookings, and guest communication
- Coordinate housekeeping and check-in/check-out processes
- Generate leads for property management and rental services
- Ensure high occupancy and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English
- Own two-wheeler preferred
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
- Comfortable using mobile apps, Excel, and CRM tools
Location: BEML Layout, Mysuru, a well-established residential area in the southern part of the city.
