Production Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and achieving daily production targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products safely.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear the required PPE.
• Keep the work area clean and organized (5S practices).
• Work closely with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.
