Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photos and videos of construction projects, properties, site activities, events, and company initiatives.
• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, project walkthroughs, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Conduct photography and videography during site visits, project milestones, events, and marketing activities.
• Edit videos with appropriate cuts, transitions, music, sound, text, colour correction, and branding.
• Create social media creatives, posters, banners, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, and other graphic content.
• Develop visual content aligned with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Project teams to understand content requirements.
• Coordinate with the team to plan shoot schedules and content requirements.
• Maintain and organise the company's photo, video, design, and digital media library.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other media assets.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and visual content trends.
• Support digital marketing campaigns by providing suitable creative assets and video content.
• Assist with drone photography/videography, where required and legally permitted.

Video & Photo Editing

The candidate should be comfortable working with professional editing tools such as:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Canva or similar graphic design tools

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of video editing and graphic design.
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage shoots from planning to final delivery.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and project locations.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, interiors, or commercial projects.
• Experience creating Reels, Shorts, walkthrough videos, and promotional content.
• Knowledge of drone photography/videography.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with social media content requirements and specifications.
• Candidates who own basic photography/videography equipment will have an advantage, but this is not mandatory.
