Housekeeping Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, assigning daily duties.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Laundry for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
- Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Report maintenance issues and maintain housekeeping records.
- Train team members on SOPs, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Ensure timely room readiness, quality service, and guest satisfaction.
